What I like about this is allowing connection and love and support come in and freely exchange while being protected from negative energies.
It does leave me with a question… For those of us who are still challenging, old patterns, and way of thinking, I assume that these boundaries isolate us with that to deal with it. Any recommendations on how to manage the necessary pain and suffering to breakthrough old patterns as it’s found by our boundary bubble? As I can see, it would be easy to project it onto other people, yet with the boundary bubble, it may resonate too much and be painful.
